Personality & Quirks: Amnesiac! So, uh. Kind of quiet and can't answer anything about her past. Also, completely unfamiliar with society as a whole, and prone to doing kind of stupid things. Easily confused and surprised. Also generally excitable, yet... still quiet. Pretend it makes sense okay? Also, tends to speak in third-person. Oh, and there's something she calls 'the other side', where when pushed too far about certain matters, she briefly flips out and goes psychotic, murderous, kills people, and is laughing all the while.
Physical Description: Tiny. Thin. Looks half-starved. Blue eyes, blonde hair. Etc, etc. The bracers from the Qualifying thing were also removed badly, and so she has significant scars all along her arms.
Magical/Physical Abilities: QUALIFIER. Not only that, but due to a certain amount of brain damage, can qualify to any mech, not just one. Also, can use her magic outside of Qualifying while in 'the other side' in all sorts of fun murderous ways. In her normal state, though, she can't do much. The magic she can use in 'the other side' is hard to pin down to any one category. It can do many, many things. However, most of what it actually does is kill things. Painfully. And messily. (Any magic she has in her normal state would be defensive in nature. But that's barely any if any at all.)
Hobbies: Surviving.

History: Fifteen years ago, mere days after her birth, she was taken from her parents by the military. She had an unusually strong magic power in her, and thus became the prototype of the Qualifiers Project. She grew up as nothing more than "Qualifier 00", with no name or friends, constantly being used for experiments. The only thing those in the military compound ever called her was "Qualifier", or "Kyouga" (dangerous weapon). This went on for a long time. Finally, she was fifteen years old, and was testing the prototype mech "Vic Viper". A terrorist attack suddenly blew out the core of her mech. The bracers disengaged, shredding her arms, and the nanobots went into panic mode, putting her in critical condition. She was taken back into the compound's medical wing to be operated on, so the military could save their valuable tool. However, an odd opportunity struck, and she woke up and managed to escape. She had no memory of anything before this moment, though, except for vague flashes. She could remember one thing people used to identify her, "Kyouga"... Though all she could remember was the "Kyo" part. She took that to be her name, and managed to drag herself, somehow, to Ingakankei City, where she collapsed.
